The Space

The main living space shares an open concept with the kitchen and dining area and includes a flatscreen TV. Off the living room area, you will can relax in the Florida room that is connected to an amazing game room with a pool table and ample seating. There are three more bedrooms upstairs, each with its own TV, perfect for extra guests. Outside, there is a spacious patio furnished with a table/chair set and a firepit for those fun evenings of toasted 'Smores, some stargazing, and even catching a rocket launch from your own backyard! The private pool will keep everyone nice and cool on those hot summer days and the private washer/dryer will make it easy to pack light for your trip. Fire up the private gas grill to host a fun family barbecue then break out the board games for a fun night with the gang. When you're ready for a day at the beach, bring along the provided beach wagon, beach chairs, umbrella, sand toys, and towels then come back to bask under the home's central AC or soak in the private hot tub.

Luxury Amenities

The home offers ground level entry with keypad check-in into the home. You'll walk into a spacious living area that is open to the dining and kitchen area. The kitchen offers full sized appliances, dishes, cookware, Keurig, and a nice open feel. The Master bedroom offers a king sized bed, SmartTV with live cable, and closet space with it's own private bath. Our second bedroom has a full bed with a twin trundle bed underneath, a SmartTV with live cable, and closet space.The third bedroom features a queen sized bed with SmartTV with live cable, and closet space as well. The second and third bedrooms share a full sized hall bath.

The lower level is where many nights will be spent in the bonus family room relaxing on the two oversized queen sleeper sofas, playing games or watching movies or sports on your SmartTV with live cable. Just off the bonus family room is a fourth bedroom that features a king sized bed, SmartTV with live cable, and closet space.

The back of the home features a Florida room with couches and a table to play cards or another area to spread out for meals. The Florida room has direct access to the pool and hot tub out back. Connected to the Florida room is a game room with a pool table, seating, SmartTV with live tv, a small refrigerator, and ice maker. The game room also features direct access out the back to the pool and hot tub. There is also a full bathroom that connects the game room and Florida room.

The backyard is where many memories will be made. The fully fenced in yard features a beautiful pool with attached hot tub, lounge chairs and and a table and 6 chairs for games or eating outdoors. The back corner of the yard also features a gazebo with outdoor furniture and a gas fire pit for this chilly evenings. There is plenty of grassy area to enjoy a great game of corn hole, ladder golf, or just throw around a frisbee or football. All the games are already there in either the laundry room or the back shed.

Our family has vacationed on the space coast for so many summers. We always dreamed of owning a home there. We finally decided that if we spent so much time here, we may as well own a place here too. That is how Kiss the Wave was born.

Kiss the Wave is that Florida dream come to life. We have put a lot of thought and hard work into Kiss the Wave. We want you to enjoy it as much as we do. We also want you to have everything you need when you visit. There are so many amenities in the house that you won't even have time to get to half of the stuff. We know that everyone works hard and we want Kiss the Wave to be a place of relaxation. If you want to go to the beach, you can walk to it in 10 minutes, or jump in the car and it takes all of 60 seconds to get there. The great thing about Kiss the Wave is that somedays, we don't even leave the house. The backyard is like an oasis. You can swim and sunbathe at the pool all day, play games in the yard with the kids, and cook anything you want at the grill or inside. You never have to leave the house, and it can be so relaxing to do that sometimes.

We really enjoy walking up Pine Tree Drive to grab breakfast at the Scrambled Egg Cafe or grab lunch or dinner at one of our favorite places - Hula Moon Tiki Grill. It's all a 10 minute walk, or a 60 second drive. Let us know if there is anything we can do to make your stay perfect.

Enjoy the beautiful beaches, laid back lifestyle and spectacular sunsets at Kiss the Wave! If you are lucky, you might even get to see a rocket launch from Cape Canaveral. It can be seen from the backyard.

Great location, GREAT GREAT GREAT layout, overall a REALLY good space. We really enjoyed our stay at Kiss The Wave! The ability to spread out the family and give people some space to breath was a blessing!
